Klyde Warren Park

Welcome to the new gathering place in Dallas. Klyde Warren Park serves as common ground for Dallas, unifying Uptown and Downtown. Five acres of shared, public green space on a deck over Woodall Rodgers Freeway, bringing new traditions, shared experiences and fun to the center of Dallas. Klyde Warren Park is the ideal location for private events. The park offers the rich architecture of the city skyline in a serene setting, perfect for anything from corporate welcome parties to weddings to product launches.

Klyde Warren Park neighbors the Arts District and Uptown, with a commitment to serve as a greenspace that enriches the area. Klyde Warren Park is owned by the City of Dallas and privately operated and managed by the private Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation.

The Bomb Factory


The Bomb Factory

In the early 1900s, the building was used to manufacture Ford automobiles. During WWII, the building was used to manufacture bombs and ammunitions for armed forces, hence the name, “Bomb Factory”. In the mid 1990's, the building was converted to a music/event venue. The Bomb Factory is a state-of-the-art, 50,000 square foot venue located in the heart of Dallas' historic Deep Ellum which is known for its rich music-centric culture. The venue’s multiflex layout comfortably accommodates groups as small as 150 and as large as 4,300. The Bomb Factory is available for daily to weekly rentals, hosting anything from an intimate happy hour to a multi-day corporate event.

sixty five hundred | is a remarkable new venue located at the corner of Cedar Springs Road and Mockingbird Lane. The space is stylishly arranged and lends itself to events of any size.

Constructed in 1952, the building’s original use as a General Electric warehouse is apparent only in memories. The aesthetic integrity is captured in its 20 foot pine ceilings, open floor plan, and stained concrete floors. Completely refurbished, the space now has modern touches including a state-of-the-art audiovisual system, a lavishly decorated “green room,” and on-site lounge furniture. The balance of raw materials and long lit white walls creates the rustic modernity that is the perfect accent for every event.

This 20,000 square foot venue can host anywhere from 20 to 1,000 guests. The event-purposed design and open floor plan easily bend to the imagination. The unique space has been tailored for custom production, including interior vehicle access. Finally, Dallas has the ideal mix of location, warmth, and scale where imagination comes to life.

If you are looking for something different for your event, House of DIRT is the only place to be in the Bishop Arts. Featuring an intimate indoor space coupled with a beautiful outdoor event park, House of DIRT takes its modern interpretation of rustic with its melding of materials and natural objects. With the ability to host parties and events up to 125 people, House of DIRT is ready to take care of all your event needs.

Hickory Street Annex

Located in Deep Ellum at the corner of Hickory Street and Second Avenue, near the Pearlstone Grain Elevator, this complex of buildings was originally a distribution center for Gulf Oil Company. Hickory Street Annex is a great place for a party. The venue has windows on all four sides and a view of downtown, exposed brick walls, exposed steel trusses, wood ceiling and concrete floors. It has been described as an industrial, loft-like space.

Whether a formal seated dinner or a casual reception with appetizers and drinks, Savor has a beautiful atmosphere for your event.
